  • DISTRICT COMMUNICATIONS
The following communication was sent to Building Services Supervisors and Plant Operations Supervisors from Custodial Operations:

Starting today, all elementary sites will be receiving an assortment of student desk barriers.  These barriers will come on a pallet, unassembled.  Given the high number of room and furniture types, some instruction will be needed prior to assembly.  For the time being, please store them inside in a safe location.

In the coming days, each site administrator will receive an email notifying them a representative from PPO will be coming to their site to help site custodial staff set-up classrooms with desk barriers. They will bring with them the mounting brackets and tape needed to assemble the barriers.

The PPO representative will need to know which rooms they will have access to and the number of students scheduled to occupy the rooms.

If you have immediate needs, please email ppe@sandi.net. Thank you all once again for all you do!

    Appreciative,
