- Q and A (Tuesday, March 2, 2021)
Q: If we are getting Reopening funds to reopen schools, will sites see more services and resources for students at the site level vs. it being centralized? We need to reduce class sizes, add more staffing and provide counseling and resources for mental health. Every site needs on-site support, 5 days a week.
A: (Answer provided by the district) Each aspect of the District's budget, including stimulus funds, continue to be prioritized to best support school sites. This is actualized by a mixture of funds sent directly to school sites, along with funding to centralized resources to support multiple or all school sites.
