LONGEVITY PAY. AASD classified and certificated unit members with 22 or more years of service to SDUSD in a monthly salaried position as of July 1, 2023, will receive the longevity pay at the end of September. Longevity pay is 2.5% of annual salary for those who made $100,000 or more (and meet the qualifications) in 2022-23. For those who made less than $100,000 in 2022-23, the payment is a flat rate of $2,500.
