If you did not receive a SERP packet via US Mail, but think you are eligible, or have questions related to the SERP, please take the following action: Contact the SERP Plan Administrator, PARS, Plan Support Department at (800) 731-7884 or via email at plansupport@pars.org. Please do not physically go to the Ed Center, call, or email District staff in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Finance, Payroll, etc., as they do not have the information you need and you will be directed to the above contact information for PARS. This way your questions can be answered in a more efficient manner.
