As we approach the holiday season and reflect on the year behind us, the AASD Board of Directors wants to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for each of you. Your leadership, commitment, and professionalism have been essential to the success of AASD. As middle-level managers, you serve as the vital link between vision and execution, strategy and service. The dedication you show every day – supporting your teams, navigating challenges, and keeping our mission at the forefront – does not go unnoticed. This year has required resilience, adaptability, and collaboration, and you have consistently risen to the occasion. Because of your efforts, our union continues to move forward with strength and purpose. As you spend time with family and loved ones during the holidays, I hope you find moments of rest, joy, and renewal. May the season bring you peace and gratitude, and may the new year offer continued growth, success, and opportunity. Thank you for your leadership and for all that you do for AASD.
